Hmm, seems to be a bad situation you got into.

But in case he have been payed, and you got the permission to use the design's, there should be no problem.

But, dont you have bigger design examples?, cause if this isn't the correct design size you got a problem too, because we cant resize the design into a bigger format, only make it smaller, otherwise you will get a very bad quality picture because you stretch it too much!

Hope you can use my answer, and try to tell us a bit more, then maybe a guy can help you with the code and slicing the ground model, for a small amount of money.
